Hello and welcome! My name is Kristyn Roe and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Grand County, Colorado. Here I live with my husband, daughter and 2 dogs in this giant outdoor playground we call "home".

Personally, I am not a huge snow fan, which I know, makes absolutely no sense living in one of the coldest, snowiest places in our amazing nation. However, sometimes we get the opportunity in life to stretch ourselves beyond our comforts and into adventure. Much of my life has been learning how to navigate "stretching" seasons and sometimes, "crushing" seasons. I am grateful for the support and wisdom I have been given along the way as I have both endured and overcome. Now it's my honor to do the same for you.
